Conditions for Return
Customers can return products under the following conditions:
- Unopened and Intact Products:
- All stickers, seals, and markings on the product must remain unopened and intact.
- Any related items provided with the product, such as accessories, manuals, and documentation, must be included in the return package.
- Timeframe: The product must be sent to any of our physical outlets within 24 hours of delivery for a return or exchange.
- Faulty Products:
- Products found to be faulty or defective upon receipt can be returned.
- The original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any related items provided, must be included.
- Timeframe: Faulty products must be returned within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Incompatibility:
- Returns will not be accepted for products that are fully functional but incompatible with the customer’s existing devices or setup.
- Inspection of Returned Products:
- All returned products will undergo inspection upon receipt to verify their condition and eligibility for return or refund.
Return or Refund Process
If the above conditions are fulfilled, customers may choose one of the following options:
- Exchange: Receive a new product of the same model (subject to availability).
- Refund: If a replacement product is unavailable, the payment will be refunded within 7 business days from the return date. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase or through an alternative payment method approved by Computer City Rangpur.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- Customers can cancel their order free of charge before shipment by contacting us through email, phone, or social media.
- A small advance payment is required for placing orders; this is non-refundable if the customer cancels after the product has been shipped.
After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

- Returns and refunds are only applicable to products purchased directly from Computer City Rangpur.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Products with tampered seals, physical damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return or refund.
